Taste of France, our newest monthly culinary series, celebrates the depth, diversity, and quiet poetry of French regional cuisine. Rooted in the spirit of a classic French brasserie, each chapter invites you to slow down and experience one region at a time. Through thoughtfully curated menus, carefully selected wines, and a week-long dining journey designed to be savoured, not rushed.
This is not a theme night. It’s an immersion. A table set for discovery, at your own pace.

The first chapter of Taste of France takes us to Alsace, a region where vineyard culture and rustic heritage meet refined French technique.
Rooted in generous flavours and comforting traditions, Alsatian cuisine brings together French finesse and hearty countryside character. The menu begins with classic Flammekueche with caramelized onion and bacon, alongside a traditional Alsacian Salad with soft boiled egg, potato, and sausage.
For the main course, guests may choose between Almond Trout with boiled potatoes and lemon sauce, or the region’s emblematic Choucroute, a comforting composition of sauerkraut, sausages, smoked meat, and potato.
To finish, the delicate Alsacian Apple Tarte offers a sweet close, complemented by the distinctive Munster cheese, a true expression of the region’s terroir.
To accompany the experience, a selection of Alsace wines will be available, chosen to complement the dishes with balance and authenticity.
