This autumn and winter, join us as we journey through Burgundy, the Rhône Valley and Lyon, Champagne, and Savoie, each brought to life through a dedicated regional menu. Stay tuned for upcoming menus and reservation details.

BURGUNDY
Known for its exceptional terroir and timeless cuisine, Burgundy brings together rich flavours, local cheeses, classic sauces, and a deep-rooted culinary heritage shaped by its vineyards and countryside.
The journey begins with Salade Bourguignonne, combining escargots, ham, and Époisses cheese, or Smoked Trout with horseradish cream, beetroot tartare, and dill.
For the main course, choose between Pike Perch Fillet with vegetable ragout and beurre blanc, or Poulet à la Moutarde with roasted potato, celebrating Burgundy’s long-standing love of mustard.
To finish, Red Wine Poached Pear with vanilla ice cream offers a delicate nod to the region’s celebrated wines.
A curated selection of Burgundy wines by the glass, including Chardonnay and red wine, completes the experience and brings the character of the region to the glass.
