Taste of France continues its journey with Normandy, inviting guests to discover a region where fertile countryside, dramatic coastlines, and generations of culinary craftsmanship have shaped some of France's most iconic flavours.

From lush apple orchards and renowned dairy farms to the shores of the English Channel, Normandy's cuisine celebrates exceptional local ingredients with timeless simplicity and elegance. Rich butter, creamy cheeses, fresh seafood, and crisp cider define a culinary tradition that is both comforting and unmistakably refined.

The journey begins with Grilled Camembert, served with apple and baguette, celebrating one of Normandy's most celebrated cheeses, or Scallop Carpaccio, delicately paired with nectarine and a touch of chili, reflecting the region's close connection to the sea.

For the main course, guests may choose between Dover Sole Fillet, accompanied by capers, lemon, mashed potato, and fresh herbs, or Duck Leg, served with red cabbage, apple, and a rich cider sauce, a classic combination inspired by Normandy's celebrated orchards.
