The third chapter of Taste of France takes us to Provence, where sun-drenched landscapes, Mediterranean ingredients, and rustic elegance define the rhythm of the table.

Shaped by olive groves, coastal traditions, and fragrant herb gardens, Provençal cuisine is vibrant yet effortless; built on freshness, colour, and depth of flavour. The menu begins with Asparagus à la Provençale, a seasonal expression of the region’s love for vegetables, alongside Farcis Niçois, a traditional dish of delicately stuffed vegetables rooted in southern French home cooking.

For the main course, guests may choose between Bouillabaisse, the emblematic fish soup of the Mediterranean coast, rich in saffron and character, or Provençale Beef Stew, slowly cooked and layered with red wine, herbs, and comforting depth.

To finish, Rhubarb & Strawberry Clafoutis offers a soft, fruit-forward ending inspired by the simple pleasures of southern French desserts.

To accompany the experience, a selection of wines from Provence will be available, chosen to complement the region’s bright flavours and sunlit character.
