Taste of France opens its next chapter, and now we find ourselves in the enchanting Vallée de la Loire.

Often referred to as the “Garden of France,” the Loire Valley is celebrated for its refined simplicity, fresh ingredients, and elegant wines. Its cuisine follows the rhythm of nature, bringing together seasonal vegetables, freshwater fish, goat cheeses, and orchard fruits in dishes that are both delicate and expressive.

The journey begins with Beetroot Carpaccio, where the freshness of apple, the depth of blackberry, and the creaminess of goat cheese come together in perfect balance, or Trout Tartare, elevated by the subtle aromas of apple and fennel.

For the main course, guests may choose between Poulet au Vin Blanc, served with mashed potato, glazed carrot, and green peas, or Pike Perch en Papillote, prepared with shallot, leek, and fennel, reflecting the region’s longstanding connection to its rivers and waterways.

To conclude, an Almond Tart paired with Tahiti vanilla ice cream provides a light and elegant finish to the experience.

The journey is complemented by a selection of Loire Valley wines available by the glass, carefully chosen to showcase the freshness, balance, and character that define this celebrated wine region.
